August Luncheon

Reminder! Don’t miss our August 19th meeting where David Henry, Esquire, shareholder in the Orlando office of Marshall Dennehey will present a CLE entitled: Advanced Mediation Practice: Casting Light on the Dark Art of Mediation. This CLE is approved for 1.0 hour, including .50 in ethics. Mr. Henry is a member of the Executive Council of the ADR Committee of the Florida Bar and a  frequent speaker to bar organizations. He  serves as a civil mediator for business litigation, construction defect claims, fiduciary liability, insurance coverage and  personal injury claims. This seminar promises to be an eye-opening discussion of what happens “in the other room” and will offer surprising and thought-provoking insight into the mediation process and useful strategies for attorneys to incorporate into their mediation practice.
